All About Ms. Rogers

Hello, I am Ms. Rogers!

I always knew I wanted to be a teacher as a young girl! I would play school or teacher with anyone that would play with me, including my sister, cousins, friends, and neighbors! I loved being the teacher and teacher my younger friends and family members anything and everything! In high school, I knew I wanted to go to school for education! I ended up going to Plymouth State University where I got my bachelors elementary education, grade kindergarten to sixth. After I graduated, I began working at Dale Street School as an aide and worked with students in grades four and five. At the same time, I also began my masters in special education at Framingham State University.  At the end of the last school year, I was the long term substitute librarian at Wheelock. I am thrilled to start this new journey in my life as a second grade teacher! This has always been a dream of mine and I am so lucky to be working in Medfield!

I grew up in New Hampshire and love being outside taking adventures! I love traveling to national parks with my friends and family! I am from a family of four, my mom, dad, and my younger sister, Rachel. We also have two yellow labs, Angel and Willow. I am also engaged and will be getting married in July 2019.

Here are some pictures of me with my family!
